Whole Lamb Share


Tender, juicy, and flavorful lamb. A whole lamb will yield roughly 50 Lbs of a variety of cuts. Cuts will be double paper wrapped, ground meat in tubes, and deboned roasts will be tied.

Cuts will include:

Rib Chops
Loin Chops
Square-cut Shoulder Roast (bone-in)
Trimmed and Squared Whole Ribs
Sirloin Steaks
Bone-in Roasts
Bone-out Tied Roasts
Stew Meat
Soup Bones

In order to comply with TN law, whole lambs are sold and slaughtered on farm as “shares.” A whole lamb will be sold as a 99% share.
