Whole Pork Share


Tender, juicy, and flavorful free-range pork. A whole hog will yield roughly 150 Lbs of a variety of cuts. Cuts will be double paper wrapped, ground meat in tubes, and deboned roasts will be tied.

Cuts will include:

Rib Chops
Loin Chops
Boston Butt Roasts (bone-in and bone-out)
Picnic Roasts (bone-in and bone-out)
Rack of Spare Ribs
Sirloin Steaks
Mild Breakfast Sausage
Stew Meat
Soup Bones
Sugar Smoked Ham on special request (+ $20)

In order to comply with TN law, whole hogs are sold and slaughtered on farm as “shares.” A whole hog will be sold as a 99% share.
